Need help reclaiming heirlooms

I was messing around with my house a bit and accidenly put them in storage. My game was a bit laggy so i decided to just stop redesigning it and to just close out. Recently i just got back on and i can't find my 2 heriloom cases or the heirlooms that where in them any where. I checked and there was supposed to be a tab called "heirloom case" but it wasn't under rewards and the heirlooms inside them are gone and can't be found.

I have some pictures that show the tabs, the heirlooms it shows in storage and the list of heirlooms I've lost (CM: images added to spoiler tags below).

The internet icon, camera from the photograph career, the rocket, piano, the heirloom that unlocks the surgeon carrer and most of the story book heirlooms I'm missing. And all of the school/college based ones too. I can't show all since it copies this one onto the one below. I'll keep them just in case.


UpdateSo recently I went to the help center for help but they said they couldn't refund heirlooms ☹️ so I'm trying to reclaim all those missing heirlooms and was wondering if any of you had tips or tricks for me to help me get them all back legit. I'm currently doing the photograph career event and hopefully, it gives me the heirloom for it even though I've already unlocked it once. Also if the heirlooms are gone but i already unlocked the story/career, can i still do them or is locked for me again?

    You should contact EA in order to get assistance. Lost content can't be restored here.

    First you will need your player ID. That's the number on the top right corner of your screen when you open the app.

    Your Player ID appears at the top right side of the game loading screen.

    To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help & About tab and tap on the button Help.
    This will open your browser. Scroll down and tap on the button Contact Us.

    Now, tap on Select topic and Missing content.

    Tap on Select issue and choose Had content and lost it.

    Type your Player ID. 

    Tap on the button Select contact option.

    Scroll down and select Email. This is the best option for your case. Fill in the form and attach screenshots of your game. 

    An EA Advisor will email you within 24 hours.

  • @SalixCat i heard that they normally aren't much help but i guess I'll try it

    Edit: they didn't help me, only offered simoleons and that won't help me at all. Trying to reclaim heirlooms by luck.

    Edit 2: someone else is still looking into it, I've also noticed that the heirloom cases and a bunch of heirlooms aren't the only things I've lost. It's basically deleting some things i put into storage and i have to rebuy it. I just now rebought my case. I guess I'll reupdate. Not sure when this will get fixed.
