Need to 27 unlock RTBs, Should've Started from Bonus Showdown (STS Glass Cacti)

I completed the Glass Cacti Sweet Treat Showdown during its initial run so I should've started from the Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown this time. Instead, my app says I still need open 27 Royal Treat Box...

I'm facing a similar situation. The royal treat box states there's 40 possible prizes while only having 18. I'm worried it'll make it impossible to actually earn the grand prize. I sent an email around 5 days ago reporting the issue but still haven't received any answer. :(
