No propose option

 Am I the only one having this issue? I was able to previously proposed to other sims until the recent update. I am already level 40 of the game so I am not referring to the Marriage Quest. Romantic...

    Yes! Sorry I forgot to mention that in my post. Is the propose option only limited to some Relationship Stories? I had the same sim doing rival actions and the propose option was available at level 5. However, still not available to his "Soulmate" at level 10. 😣
