Not getting party notifications on phone

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:iOS
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone XS
OS Version 13.3
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know,I just noticed I wasn’t receiving my friends’ in app party notifications..
What do you expect to see? To get my party notifications on my home screen again.

    I am still having this issue. Party notifications appear on my Android, but not my iPad. Please fix this! With the party glitch, you lose out on fashion gems if you are not early to a party.

    Hello, party notifications for Sims mobile were not working on my iPad, but we're working on my Android phone. Then, they were working on my iPad, but not on my Android. It has reversed once again and is working on my Android and not my iPad? Is there a fix for this that allows party notifications on both platforms?!

    I have the same issue except me I play on my MacBook.
