Unable To Claim Sweet Treat Showdown Rewards

I have redeemed prizes by playing the Sweet Treat Showdown Glorious Gala Event, by spending tokens on the Sweet Treat and Royal Treat boxes. However when I go to find my prizes in my inventory or closet, there's nothing there?

I go back to the Sweet Treat Showdown Event Page and it shows that the prize has been redeemed in the Sweet Treat box and the Royal Treat box. But still nothing, I have received none of my prizes that I have earnt.

I can only redeem prizes from the Sweet Treat and Royal Treat boxes, spending my event tokens. But that's about it, my prizes still won't show up in my inventory or closet.

Please help me if you can. There's no point in me playing if I cannot participate in the events and challenges.
