Not receiving Heirloom for a retired Sim

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) sony xperia z5 compact
OS Version 7.1.1
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1003304488640
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? check my family tree
What do you expect to see? Heirlooms for the retired sims, and a fix that will allow me to get heirlooms for the future retiring sims

Not receiving Heirloom for a retired Sim:

I retired 2 accomplished sims (finished relationships, career and hobby stories), and did not receive any heirlooms for them, I got a message saying they did not complete any life goals. 

  • @netanit Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this.

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

    If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.

    If you want to do so in a different language you can choose your country of choice in the upper right-hand corner.

    I have the most updated version, so I guess it will be fine when I'll retire a sim now?

    and what about the heirlooms for the previous retired sims?

    You should have a retirement chest to open in the heirloom store and that is how you get your heirlooms. 🙂 

    If that doesn’t work, just tag me in a new post and I will poke my head in here as soon as I can.

    I did not get a retirement chest for the 2 first sims i retired

    I have the same problem and I have the latest version of the game. I already spoke to technical support as well and they directed me here...
