What do you expect to see? Heirlooms for the retired sims, and a fix that will allow me to get heirlooms for the future retiring sims

Not receiving Heirloom for a retired Sim:
I retired 2 accomplished sims (finished relationships, career and hobby stories), and did not receive any heirlooms for them, I got a message saying they did not complete any life goals.
@netanit Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.Open the spoiler for pictures:
