Hi, since the day before yesterday, my mobile game won’t let me play with one of my characters. I try tapping events or interacting with people or furniture but it doesn’t work. I also tried to call over some sims but it says that my sim “is busy”. Same thing goes for work and hobby events I can basically only make the sim move around the house. I already tried restarting the game and my phone, but nothing changes... what can I do?

@SalixCat I can't move them to another lot because "this sim is busy."Another annoying side effect showed up today. If an active sim is in an event and their risky action happens to show up on the "busy" passive sim, the active sim cannot perform the risky action.This is particularly annoying, since risky actions already have problems that don't appear to be getting fixed (ie: popup tells me they are ready for risky action, but it doesn't show up unless I move to a different location and then back to event location; risky action won't show up at all, even if I change locations; having to spend 20+ energy in event before getting risky action option, etc)

I currently have the same problem, I have contacted EA numerous of times and the last message I had was to post on here. I also have the fridge stuck open and I can’t delete it as it is saying that it is being used therefore this could be part of the event that my sim is stuck in.

I have a similar problem. I cannot make one of my passive sims active because they are "busy". When I check, they are just doing random things around the house, like passive sims do.

A player told me today they managed to get rid of the 'always busy' Sim by giving it away on adoption to another player.

If this is still an issue for you, can you please try and let us know if it works for you?
