Passive sim that has never been active is missing. He is gone from the family portrait. Had relationships with all other (active) sims (all four) in the household but those are gone too. It's like he never existed. I do not/have never used the "make passive" feature to avoid this exact situation but to no avail.
What do you expect to see? Sim should be available, appear in the family portrait and have all relationships restored with other household sims.

I have never used the "make passive" feature so there was no active/passive toggling and the sim was not removed from the household. The sim was born into the household (the last of 6) and grew into adult. Sim was not retired. Discovered sim was missing today but could've happened within the last day or 2 as far as I remember. I cannot recall any specific event or visits to Parkside or the sim being called up for A Surprising Choice. Would like to get him back if possible.
