Partial game crash and Sunset Jetty compensation

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game and visit 419 Emerald Drive. Use the main lot as your sim home Stand on Sunset Jetty and look around You will see my desolate lot
What do you expect to see? Please fix my three bugs Crash of lot, malfunction of main lot and Sunset Jetty compensate or revert back to before initialization

My game is a report about multiple bugs that have occurred since May.

Since it is multiple bugs, I am splitting it into three separate articles for clarity.

 

No.1

Bug that crashes some parts of the game

 

The game crashes when going to 419 Emerald Drive.

I have unlocked this land, unlocked all the land, made all three floors available, and acquired multiple rooms and balconies.

Why does the game suddenly crash when I visit this land?

 

 

No.2

My main lot is out of order.

This has been happening since shortly after I purchased Sunset Jetty.

 

The game startup time is long.

I think it is because it accesses the main lot at startup.

So when I set my main lot as home, it takes a very long time for the screen to switch.

When a friend tries to view my game, it crashes.

When I open a party on the main lot, many of my friends get kicked out of the party!

I play the game on my iPad, but when I play the game on my iPhone, the game crashes when I work with the main lot as home!

Initialization of Sunset Jetty

I believe this bug is a loss suffered by all players who purchased Sunset Jetty.

The official announcement from X says they have compensated me, but I have not received any compensation.

I am not happy about this and asked for help from EA Help.

But the answer was to report it to AHQ.

What should I do if I did not receive any compensation?

I unlocked all the plots and also used the sim cache to speed up the process.

I had 3 floors available, numerous rooms and balconies.

I also used SimOrion, SimCash, and billing.

It was not my fault that it was initialized.

The update forced me to initialize.

I cannot accept that my land is still initialized without compensation!

 

I have consulted EA Help, SimGuru and AHQ but nothing has been resolved.

SimGuru is currently silent, so the only help I can ask for is EA Help, but no matter how many times I ask for help, nothing gets resolved.

The only response from EA Help is to advise me to report it to AHQ.

Sadly, the bugged player is being left alone.

  • I can confirm that this is indeed true. Endless and very serious errors in TSM and no help to fix these errors. Errors accumulate and no one solves them. We don't know where to turn for help and where they would really help the players. Thank you.

    Bugs are always present in games, but the question is how they are handled when they become bugs.
    If EA doesn't deal with bugs properly, we won't be able to play with peace of mind.
    We are at a loss as to where we can go for support.

    Not being supported is a very serious problem.

    Mistakes don't correct themselves, if you let them go unnoticed they become more visible and serious. The bugs in the game didn't just happen for nothing. They always have a reason. Of course, not all mistakes can be avoided. Perhaps there is hope that TSM will once again be the beautiful and interesting game it once was. I'm still trying to believe.

    I am not hoping that my multiple bugs will be left as they are.
    I am posting them in the hope that they will be fixed.
    I hope this bug will be reported to the team and resolved.
    EA help will not help you in any way.
    The previous SimGuru supported the bug and fixed it individually.
    But now SimGuru does nothing to help.
    I love this game and don't want to give up.
    There are many other players out there who are not getting their bugs fixed.
    I know it is impossible to fix all the bugs.
    But that doesn't mean we can just let it go and be sad.

    It seems to me that EA is waiting for players to give up and leave the game.

    Sadly, TSM is a mess and a terrible situation.
