Party glitch

I stopped playing this game a good while ago because after I had a party it got stuck in a forever loop, everyday I would have a notification in the party tap to collect my rewards (they were nothing) and the timer would automatically reset..I downloaded it again after years and this is still the issue I've not been able to throw a party because of this... is there anything I can do?
