Passive sim living forever

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Huawei p30
OS Version ?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a passive sim named Judah Larkin whom I am unable to remove. I have tried clicking the family photo and the remove option is not there. I tried to make him playable with the intent to retire and remove him but he doesn't have the option to be playable either.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have the same options to remove him as any other sim.

    I have a related problem, @T21GymnastMom29 

    The children that grow up and become adults, choose to stay forever. I click on the remove button, but nothing happens. (If I could, I would have changed the game language to English before taking the picture, but that feature does not work in my game at the moment.)

    I will test what @Ilois4 suggested. It has worked for me earlier:

    Fill the house to maximum allowed number of your own sims. Try to make a baby. You will receive a message that the house is full and asked to choose a Sim you want to move out. Then click on your problem Sim, and he/she is gone.

    I have too many children at the moment, but will test this when the time is right.
