PLEASEE... help me, i dont receive money tree pack whereas i paid

i bought show me the tree money pack but i dont receive 250 simcash, money tree and gnome, why? i check in shop, indoor plant or outdoor items to found money tree and gnomw ,but  im not found that!!! where is my money tree and 250 simcash?

    Both items should be in the Recent category. 

    If you can't find them, unfortunately this is an issue that we can't help you fix an the forums. The best you can do is to contact an EA advisor.

    @aqila20 Me too I also experienced this and I couldn’t contact the ea advisor. It says they changed their office hours to 8am-11pm but they’re not even open right now. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m, UTC, not local time.
    I can see your post's timestamp 2:18 a.m UTC. Offices were closed at that time.
