Problem with the clues in the Sweets Challenge going on now

In the challenge that ends in  days, the one with12 or 15 scenes, I would like to have the clue for the game on the bottom right. I am speaking of the lowest box to the right. It shows ready to be opened, but when I click to get clues, I only get a black screen with a distorted  picture on the top. I would really like to finish the challenges and reveal the whole puzzle?Would you please help or put me in contact with someone who can? Thank you.
