I’m literally in that same boat rn. It’s really getting me mad. I missed out on buying the Desi Extravaganza pack as well as the heritage pack that was just out 24 hrs ago. Now I might miss out on the Losta Lights bundle pack. I’ve tried every form of contact with EA games through the app, their website, email and even dmed on instagram. Too many bugs in this game has resulted in me missing items and missing opportunities for more rewards.
