It should bounce of screen, but after that a bigger screen should open up like this:

Did this happen at all? Could you have clicked it away?

    No, that screen did not appear. I saw it during the tutorial stage, but it didn’t appear for me when I went back to do it on my own.

    When I bought mine, the ones I bought just bounced off screen. I didn’t get the pop up and they didn’t appear in my collection.

    Could you contact EA about this as well?

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

    Hello, @Phantomlover1717! My player ID is 1003242821484. I have reported this, but they have not responded to my update yet. I have also had the bug re: when I look in the  family portrait, it says that my retired sims did not pass on heirlooms (which they did) because they have not achieved life goals. I worked very hard to get those two retired sims to a level ten in their careers, hobbies, and relationships and so this is very frustrating on my end ☹️ Attached below is the bug that I was talking about. thanks so much!

    My sim completed at least 2-3 stories so I know I should have gotten an heirloom.

    I just got an email saying I received it but I DID not!!!! Where is it supposed to be? Why are they trying to close out my ticket when it is obviously a bug?!? This is so frustrating. Do they not look at this?!?

    Hey everyone, we're looking into this issue. What would help us a lot, if you could record a video when this issue happens in your game. You can do this by either using screen capturing functionality of the device or by using the video camera of a 2nd device. Please do make sure the video does not contain any personal identifiable information 🙂

    @SimGuruMaaike Hello. I am also having an issue with my heirloom chests. I spent 25 purple tickets and the chest just disappeared! I have a sim ready to retire in 2hrs after he finishes the soulmates relationship quest. He will then be level 10 internet hobby and level 10relationship. I will try to screen record what happens. Fingers crossed that is goes well and he gets his heirloom. I will update either way 🙂

    Hello, I have lost 50 green heirloom tickets while attempting to purchase 2 heirloom chests. Usually after buying, the heirloom box would be in the middle of the screen and when you click on the chest, it would show the heirloom obtained. However, it did not appear this 2 times. I wondered if the new update actually moved the opening of chest to another part of the game but I could not find it while searching for it for 10 minutes.

    Please assist with this problem encountered

    @SimGuruMaaike This happened to me too. I just retired all 4 of my Sims yesterday. I definitely did receive the heirlooms because I sold them after I received the duplicate of each one. The only thing I did different this time is none of my Sims stayed around to do the mentoring...I just moved them out as soon as I retired each one. I have the same message for all 4 Sims. Maybe this will help you narrow it down. Hope it helps. 😊

    EDIT * I wanted to let you know that @Simfanatic08 retired her Sims and moved them out without having them do the mentoring and she got the same message but did receive the heirlooms. However, @rmw8855 said she allowed her Sim to do the mentoring. I was hoping it was a message problem.

    I haven't seen any new reports on this issue, so I'm closing it.

    Customer service never refunded my tickets since this issue first occurred, and I stopped playing the game because of it. Just FYI I spent over $300, and was not taken care of.

    The level of care and concern shown by a customer service person constantly trying to close my support ticket after doing nothing has taught me to not ever play another EA title that involves a micro transactions, as they clearly do not honor purchases.
