I have the exact issue with @e4ku630ij1ci . After crashed from izzy's shop, now the rest of my items in my main house all gone. There's nothing left in except the buildings. I've spent much on it and all i got is bad server and bugs everywhere. Even my first sims appear and cannot be removed and i can't visit the store to buy some stuffs. They should close this server and make a better version of it.
I did finally escape from Izzy's. I'm glad I already have clothes from him, because I'll be forever frightened to go back in there! I'm on android tablet, and I'm hoping the update comes quickly for the rest of you.
The update did get me out of Izzy's, and I'm thankful for that. The coins and cash offered at least covered what I spent in Izzy's recreating in an attempt to get free, However I'm still missing the house I built on the Jetty property, all the items I've purchased as well as the land expansions.
I hope an update comes quickly (we're past quickly, but you know what I mean) because this is far more than just an inconvenience. I really love playing this game and I truly want to continue playing. I've never hesitated to invest both time and money in a stimulating game I enjoy, but I'm also not foolish enough to continue to invest in a losing proposition.
EA certainly has a devoted fan base, with many loyal, long-term players. I feel that it would behoove them to recognize this fact, and work harder on treating them as they deserve to be treated. I think it would be a huge help if they created a gamer liaison position to help convey the players thoughts and needs to their team, and also be able to reach out to the players often with updates on their progress.
@Lindab1960, where did you see coins and cash? When the update finished I got out of the Izzy jail bug, but no coins and cash other than the daily log in rewards.
