- @EA_DragonsEye both my friend and I have not gotten the shoes yet. It has been 3+ months. If there is no fix for this issue, is it possible to grant us these shoes?
EA_DragonsEyeHi @yani_tsm! I am unsure since it maybe should not have been possible for you to unlock permanently the shoes through an adoption. However, you can always try to contact customer support through in-game.
In order to contact customer service you need to go to the arrow in the right, settings>help that will open a page choose "Contact us" and then select "Missing content" and then "Had content and lost it"
- @EA_DragonsEye I agree I shouldn't have unlocked the shoes permanently through adoption. For example, I adopted a couple of pack hairstyles, which are now in the Workshop, and I easily got them in the Workshop and unlocked them within weeks. But I didn't have to pay for changing their colors during adoption. So it does make that these shoes are "special": owning a color variant but not the shoes.
I will try customer service. Thank you. - @EA_DragonsEye Both my friend and I contacted the EA Help and we didn't get anywhere. Two agents said to wait till this bug is fixed. They can not grant us these shoes.
I have a similar issue, only then with the Autumn Accents Earrings.
I adopted a Sim in December 2018 (see pic retired sim) with these earrings and they still haven't showed up in the Eco Shop.
- this can be solved by adding these items more than once in the eco shop.
These items only appear once currently.

- @ani_fl00 You might be experiencing a different issue.
I adopted those earrings before and they did show up in the workshop for me.
Did you buy any swatches/colors of the earrings? I don’t think I bought any colors (or that any of those colors could be bought) and therefore that might be the reason why i was able to get them through the Workshop. It was pretty fast (probably within a month), but I have been playing the game almost since the beginning and I had 95% of the items from the workshop when it was released.
Do new items in the workshop pop for you? Or are they just repeats?
- @EA_Avinash is it possible to change these items (Stiletto Pumps and Autumn Accents Earrings) from appearing "only once" to "more than once" in eco shop
My guess is this will solve the problem for people who had adopted sims wearing those items - @EA_Avinash the items are appearing "only once". Will making them appear "repeatable" fix this issue?
