I have the same issue. It stopped at Part 5 and isn't showing my progress. 

It's frustrating bc I had the same issue w/ other quests and lost out in prizes and other things. 

I've emailed my issues and gotten no response. That's even more frustrating.  

Hopefully someone can help us get what we've lost out on bc we work hard are completing the tasks.
