Retired Sim won’t move out

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPad air, iPhone x
OS Version iOS 11.4
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1003085608012
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i retired 4 sims in the same day. Today 3 of them got birthday cakes and moved out. 1 stuck. When i try to move him out through family portrait, the option is grayed out.
What do you expect to see? i'd like to move him out.

We read and check your bug reports, and we really apreciate the time you take to let us know about the issues in the game! This information is helpful for the team.

However, if you are looking for technical support the best would be either opening a post in the Technical support forum so other players can see your post and try to help, or EA Help if you are looking for support from EA, as Phantomlover1717 explained.

Regarding your Sim that doesn't want to retire - we just released a new update for the game (version 11.0.0), could you update your game and let us know if this is still happening for you?

@ABattleofWits, welcome to the forums! Your issue looks different, but please, update the game as well if you haven't done so already. Do you notice any differences?

For real. I saw a youtuber (Andrew Arcade), he has a retired sim stuck in his house as well.

Please help. I see someone from EA replying to other posts. I thought you guys would try to read and help with every posts. It’s been too long.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.

If you want to do so in a different language you can choose your country of choice in the upper right-hand corner.

I am having a slightly different problem. My retired sim doesn't even have any option to move her out.

@EA_Mai The update helped a different sim in my household, but the sim I was inquiring about is still stuck there with no option to move her out.

@Phantomlover1717She retired in March so I have a feeling she might be stuck in my house for a while. I would like to start a new topic to share this potential bug, but I read on this forum that there is a new rule in place which doesn't allow newcomers to start topics until they are full members. I have tried to create a new topic, but the submit button doesn't work. I have also checked related posts, but no one seems to have the same problem as me. I would really like some help to set my sim free.
