Sims Mobile Can't Make Purchases

@b45c8e62a1078ce3  Hi, I understand that you are sad. I'm so sorry, but unfortunately I can't help you. There are really many serious bugs in the game and no one is solving them. I don't have any other information either.

I was hopefully that the new update would help. But it still won’t let me purchase anything. I don’t know what else to do or what other avenues to try. 

hey, i’m facing the exact same issue. i purchased a pack and didn’t receive it. it stated that no money has been deducted, but when i checked i was actually charged. this is ridiculous.

i tried purchasing other things but couldn’t as the game automatically restarts and asks me to restart the game to continue the transaction. this goes on in loop. it is frustrating at this point. i posted abt it here, talked to support on a chat, sent emails, but nothing helped. i did everything possible but no avail. now, i cannot make any purchases.

are you still facing the same issue, and if no, what worked out for you? please help me fix it, too.

I'm having the same issue. I tried purchasing SimCash. I did the face ID to purchase it. Then the game restarts to the loading screen and there was notification saying "Transaction in Progress. Please restart the game to continue the transaction." I restarted the game and tried again. No face ID popup. It just restarts to the loading screen again and the notification said "Transaction cancelled. No money was removed from your account." 

I checked my purchase history and bank balance, and it says the transaction went through.

And now whenever I want to purchase literally anything else, the game does the same thing where the loading screen appears then the "Please restart the game to continue transaction" notif appears. 

So now I can't make any more purchases and I've spent money on nothing. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

It literally happened to me too, ive had my first account for 8 years and spent alot of money in this game, i purchased something and it didnt appeared so i uninstalled and installed it again, but when i open the app, everything was gone. Tried to contact EA help but, they couldnt help anything, not refund, or helping to restore anything. 
so i have no other choice than start the new game, now I can’t make any purchases, i tried to uninstall and instal again and it bugged. 
its sooooooo frustrating! All my money and times ive spent in this game just goes nothing. EA team are useless in this situation whoch makes me mad

This is still happening a year later, is there still no solution?
