Stuck in tutorial

I don't know if my The Sims mobile app automatically updated or not but yesterday it just started "downloading" as soon add I clicked on it. The download progress would say something like 60% of 247% & then drop down to 32% of 247%. And it would do that all day, it would not complete the download process. I have been playing my game regularly since the launch. I am already level 11! So after doing this all day I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I am now stuck in tutorial mode because I do not have enough simoleons to complete the bathroom. My name is Rosella or RosellaBlest or Rosella Blest. Please help! I have a baby already!

    Please help! I'm still stuck in tutorial mode because I don't have enough simoleons to complete the bathroom set! It won't even let me go to work to earn more simoleons! So I can't do anything! I have tried uninstalling Google play games & The Sims Mobile & it did not help. I have 46 simoleons, I need 100, If I could just earn 54 simoleons to complete the tutorial My game would be restored.

    Not sure what you can do at this point. I would suggest starting over.

    You could also try contacting EA, not sure if they can do something, but you can try.

    No. It has still not been resolved. My original game has even disappeared as of today! So either I start all over or I stop playing all together.
