The game is not giving me xp when it should. I cannot level up

For a few weeks now, the game will not give me xp or allow me to level up even with the level bar at max. After completing tasks/events or even the daily to do list, it wont give me the xp. All other aspects of the game seem to be working well.

I have tried the troubleshooting tips but all have failed to fix the issue. I have also contacted game help but seem to be getting the run around with them. Not much help. Does anyone else have this problem. Please help!

Could it be you're at level 40? That would mean you've hit the highest level currently available and it's normal you don't get any XP.

Hi thanks for your help. I am at level 40. So level 40 is the highest level in the game. I didn't know that. It explains a lot. Thank you.

I’ve been at level 29 for 4 straight games. I’m not getting any xp.
