The music on Sims Mobile keeps cutting out when I enter the app

Almost 100% of the time when I enter The Sims Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, the music doesn't play, and all I hear are the other sounds of the characters voices and the environment. Could you please fix this bug, please?
