How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Tapping on the Bassinet. It just shakes. When you go to move it into storage it says a sim is still using it. I had a baby but now it's missing. The baby also does not appear in the family photo. Also, one of my children are now a shadow. It would be nice to feel like I don't have a poltergeist living with me.
What do you expect to see? A fix.

So, my baby had just had her first birthday and had become a toddler. I did the first upbringing quest with her, then later on when I opened the game up again she was gone? Where has she run off too lol :S

I have been playing for a while and despite some problems with the hot tub it's been uneventful. I am on the second generation of my sims and my main sim Orion has recently had his second child: Sunny. She is a toddler (aged up yesterday) and everything has been fine. However she randomly disappeared today. I can still socialise with her so long as I go to the menu and thought bubbles still appear. I can even perform actions with her. She is however invisible. I have tried closing my game and have never experienced anything like this before. What's going on? How do I fix it?

I’ve had the same problem. My toddler disappeared when I adopted another baby. I’ve done everything to try to fix this, but nothing is successful.

Toddler in-game is invisible. Only way to access actions with her is via mom and dad’s contacts and to press the socialize button. Upon doin so options appear but at no time does avatar of child appear. Help please, thanks!

Thanks for the report @BunnyWiseman. Can you tell me what happens when you close the game (completely, also in the background) and then start it up again? Do you still get the child as a shadow?

Oh no My toddler has also gone invisible !

i can also feed her , at pottie train her ; but I can’t see her! 

This  is the second time I play the game and hit level 19 and something goes really wrong,I’m really sad , hope it can be fixed really quick!

or I will have to give up playing this game, because it’s too frustrating.

(And I have a brand new iPad Pro, fine WiFi , I have tried to reboot,  didn’t help)
