Treasure hunt event quests not completing

The treasure hunt event at the moment for the modular wardrobe isn’t working. My quest is to complete 2 investigation quests to unlock the final landmark for clue hunting but every time I complete an investigation event it stays the same and I havnt unlocked anything. I tried to by the pass too but the transactions are failing but money has gone out of my account. Please fix this!!
