Unable to buy a new plot of land

When I tap on the button to purchase, an alert pops up that says ‘finish current tutorial first.’ I cannot find what tutorial this is or how to fix this issue. I’ve had several updates, new game events, etc. that have passed in hopes an update will fix this issue.&nbsp;

Hello&nbsp;@EA_Solaire&nbsp;Thank you for the advice. I was finally able to go through all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the link, and none of them worked to fix my inability to purchase another plot of land in the neighborhood.&nbsp;

@EA_Solaire I also accessed the game on my iPad using my apple ID. My iPad software is updated and the device itself is a new model. I still had this issue of being unable to purchase a new plot of land.

Have you checked if you're being prompted to run through the tutorial for the current Sims Festival? You may need to complete that in order for this error to go away.
