So I've been trying to marry two Sims. My Sims and another one, and yes, I made sure the other Sim wasnt a player with the blue diamond thing over it's head. Anyway in the screenshot you can see that it doesnt say "get married to..." Like I was told it should. I don't know what to do.
Oh ok. The relationship level is ok level 10 almost 11, and the two Sims are engaged. Can you explain how I can marry them?
There is no level 11. Does the sim your trying to marry have gray hair? I know you can't move in a retired sim. If your sure it's a young adult sim that is an NPC and not player owned you might have a game bug. Once your engaged there should be an option to marry. You might want to post in the bugs section if you do have a game bug .

@themummyof4 there is a known bug with this however good idea. it's possible their relationship ticked to friendship not romantic and why they don't have here comes the wedding. I had a few friendships that bugged out and had no option to do mean interactions even when scrolling down to change actions. I don't remember how I got through them but I did eventually complete them.
There is a known bug with people not being able to marry NPC but you do not seem to have that bug. Yes you have to click on here comes the wedding. If you can't complete it in two days , I believe you would have to wait until this current quest ends and the game should then generate the quest again with more time to complete. Once you finish that quest, you won't get it again , future sims you have in the game can just get married
