Question

Hello, I received a texr message containing information about The Sims Mobile and it said 'tap to download The Sims Mobile and get your early bird gift' and gave me a link to download it from. I pre-registered for the sims mobile so I could get a notification of when I am able to get and play it.

Anyways I clicked the link and it brought me to the game in Google play store and it stated that my device isn't compatible with this version.

Is the game not available yet or is it just my device?

That message&nbsp;means that your device isn't compatible. Make sure you have enough space, maybe that causes the message. But if that isn't it, it sounds like your device isn't strong enough to run the game.&nbsp;

My phone has 2 GB left on it out of 16 GB... The game takes up about 75 MB. If it helps I have an LG Aristo and up to date on the software too...

The specs for the LG Aristo are the same with other phones that aren't compatible.&nbsp;☹️
So I think your phone isn't strong enough to run the game...&nbsp;
