alliance inheritance

hello. I am faced with the fact that high-level players are moving to low-level alliances to support the latter. low level alliances are filled with 50/50 high level players. providing such support, the rest of the players have to wait in line, many at the same time refuse to play. I suggest:
or prevent players from receiving a second satellite code,
or when you re-attack the citadel, the player’s icon level will drop to the current level.
  • Whilst I understand the frustration of not getting the chance to kill the fortress yourself, the 2nd, 3rd and often down to 5th alliance have provided help in some way to the 1st group of fortress killers so it is reasonable for them to provide assistance in obtaining a badge.

It would change the whole way people played if they no longer were able to assist in this way to get a badge. Why would a weaker player/alliance help when they get no help in return?

I'm not sure what you mean by suggestion number two. The players level is determined by the size of individual units, so that represents the current level. Can you explain in more detail?
  • I understand that high-level players have paid money for the game and want to continue the game. I do not propose to remove them from the game, but because of the wait for their turn, many players leave.
regarding the second option: if a player who already has a high-level badge attacks the fortress a second time, then the level of his badge will decrease to the level of the current alliance. this does not apply to an alliance attack that already has a badge. an alliance with a badge and all players in it can attack the fortress again, without demotion.
I think this option can slightly reduce the transitions of players to low-level alliances, for those who are afraid of losing their high badge.
  • The second option then penalises the player for helping those that helped them get the badge in the first place. (Although I'm not sure the badge is the important thing with killing the fortress.)

Anything that penalises players is unlikely to be implemented, although the badge reduction is one of the best suggestions (IMHO) I've seen.
  • there are players who refuse to continue the game if they cannot get the first degree badge :-). this is ambition.
lowering the level of the badge does not take away the badge, but brings its level to the current one.
as for helping other players, some players do not even participate in the attack on the fortress, and this is sad. during the attack of the fortress, immediately before its destruction, top players who already have the badge leave the alliance; instead, players who are not involved in the attack on the fortress are invited to receive the badge.
as for help: due to the fact that high-level players move to a low-level alliance, the level of this alliance rises, while the competition between neighboring alliances is lost.
  • Pay money into the game then. Developers have bills to pay and you receive a benefit from their work.
  • Yes, it would be better - but it's not now going to happen as the pattern of worlds has become entrenched and if the 2nd alliance is truly independent then they would fight for the 1st badge. However, over the years groups have developed that use many alternative accounts and they also wish to have badges on some of them.

What you and I think 'should' be the system isn't going to change the mindset of those that play the game for a 1st place badge.
