Changed email address for main account and it was used for another account

Hey everyone,

I am after ideas...I didn't realise you could not use the same email address for 2 different handles...I have changed my email address (as my old one no longer exists) on my main account and it is the same as the one on my other account...

How do I retrieve the smaller account?Everytime I put in that email address it comes up with my main account...

It shouldn't have been possible to change the 2nd account e-mail to an e-mail that is already linked to an account. Phone numbers can't now be linked to 2 or more accounts although they could in the past. Good luck with EA help - don't mention CnC:TA as they often just reply it isn't supported (when it is).

Thanks for your reply..This account dates back to 2019..I tried the phone number (both that I have) and cannot remember the password....When I type the email address, it just brings up the main account..How do I contact ea?

Have you tried logging in with the old credentials. Officially you're not allowed to hold more than one account so EA help may not be useful, but you could try them.
