Some changes, especially early in the games history, were specifically made at the suggestion of members of the forum.

Polls, unless started by a member of staff, are a poor indicator of the route the game is going to take. They often are badly worded and reflect the posters preferences for the game.

Feedback takes place a great deal outside these forums and within them as private messages although it seemed to take place even more in the old forums. (Maybe it's just that they existed longer.)

My 2 cents is that this new forum design/layout sucks...
We're not using 2 inch displays, we're not blind... Why the handicaped looks here?

EA made the decision to move to a common layout for all titles, hence we had to move.

Shouldn't all of EA's titles have a colored theme? I saw the Simpson's background color as yellow, should ours be a light neon green?
I mean this is Tiberium Alliances and we have a tiberium infested world as a focus for gameplay. Does TA occur after C&C4 where the world's TCN and CCN networks fail?

Aesthetics are subjective, what looks good to someone looks bad to the next and vice versa. Also, black goes with everything. Period.

Shouldn't TA occur near C&C4? There are aircraft and both CCN and TCN. Lorewise it should be in an alternate scenario when the TCN failed. There's even the scrapbus from C&C4. Also the buildings are from C&C3. Maybe time travel has to be the reason on why it takes place between C&C2 and C&C3.

I think the forums suck also. As for suggestions and such TA is coming up on its 6th anniversary (in a few days seems like) and I think it is safe to say that the game is in a maintenance only place not a new development place.

That is totally unofficial (as I am totally unofficial) but my humble opinion. I wish TA were generating enough funding to spawn some new things which is what you'd hope for out of a successful FTP modeled game but my guess is that it does not, that it spawns enough to keep them keeping things up and running, fixing problems along the way but not enough to generate a bunch of new coding costs.
