Simulation
So frustrated with simulating attacks showing one thing and another thing happens. It is so bad sometimes it shows defense facility being destroyed and you run it and it has over 50% left. Fix the damn simulations so they are accurate.

Thats the first time i hear about this, so far simulations have always been accurate for me. Are you using any external scripts or tools for simulation?
Also wich world and browser do you use?
When simulating attacks make sure to update the simulation after EVERY change. Even a minor position change of a single unit can drastically alter the outcome of a battle. - Are you on world with moral?
