Alliance Activity Tab on left side of screen --Greyed Out

The activity tab on the left side of the screen above the chat box and below the  players information /Add Funds tabs) is now all grey.  It is the tab that shows alliances raids, POIs gained, member...

GretaDog2 On the options menu there is a section "Sidebar notification settings" - this is the section that controls the areas that are grey.
