Error 404 buying funds with Paypal - charged twice

Question

Hi all,Just tried to buy some funds with Paypal and it came up error 404 and to try again. I did that and got charged twice and they won't refund me when I asked via live chat. Is there another way I can get this refunded? Could do it via Paypal possibly?

Payment issues can't be resolved here.  Only EA and PayPal can assist.

Thanks, I tried the live chat several times and they were unable to help at all. They said because I still received the funds and it was an old game that they were unable to refund me as they can't deduct the funds from my account? May have to go through Paypal I'm thinking.
