Game won't launch

Rebooted my PC and now it is working

Logging out via the link at the top of the startup page should be enough. (Also logging out of here will help!)

I can't change servers either.

Same here can't change server. The window is black. I tried with Firefox and Chrome, empty all cache, and with incognito mode. Nothing works

I can only login to the pre selected world, but I can't change server.
Did you manage to do that?

My experience -
My 'normal' mode is to play 3 worlds, each in it's own tab, using Chrome - all from a single account login.

A recent change (last week or two?), is if I change focus to a different tab (this game or any other web page) after a few minutes I need to reload and re-log back in to one of the 3 tabs if I go back to a tab that was previously open, active and working fine.

Today, I managed to log in to one tab and world OK - but trying to log in via the second tab got me a 'too many redirects' error screen, on the change server screen.

Trying to log into the 3rd screen gets me to a page that simply says 'Service' at the top of the screen, and beneath states 'method not allowed'.

My best guess is the desire to stop multi-accounts or subs has also prevented the previously legitimate system of a single account playing across multiple servers / worlds, each from a separate tab.

If so, it is very, very poor coding, and worse QA.

Playing via Firefox is a little better (not much), but that kind of misses the point of coding for the most popular browser in the world, doesn't it?

I'm not privy to their thinking, but I doubt they wanted to break the substitution system. If they had wanted no more subs then they could just remove the tab from Options and those that still have working Options would be locked out of subs much more effectively.

I also doubt they are they are actively trying to reduce multi-accounts for all the reasons people have put forward why it's a 'bad idea' to do so. It's a side effect of other changes. I've been able to log in with more than one account individually today and tonight. But some accounts are also locked out in a loop so it's not a single cause, would be my guess. Without a single cause it points to something other than a concerted effort to stop anything.

Try the fix with cookies - either all or selecting the alliances and ea cookies (instructions by iguanaworld)

I can't change server. I'm on Mac. Clear cookies don't work. Private mode in chrome or Firefox don't work. Fix this now I'm paying for this game.

why should we clear cookies etc etc all the time the game has issues... we dont cause this problem the Devs do ... so .. DEVS should not break game firstly and foremostly .. its in their court to fix this or there be a mass walkout of game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
