Glitch in the Matrix

Tib 45 yesterday, then Wrath 26 today......its like the game hits the Pause button in attack mode, for a few seconds - then resumes.  Have never seen it do this in all the years I have played C&C Tib...

I'm having a similar experience at C&C World 51 (USA West Coast), but my largest base has been frozen in attack mode for a month or so.
