Items not deleted from Logistic

what world did this happen on and when was the last time this error occured? :)

Last time in World8 Spain but some times before in World19 Spain and World Forgotten Attacks Beta.

If you reload page (game) the logistic's page is OK.

could you try it again and then tell us the world and exact time when you tried it?
That would help us a lot. :)

By now I don't have more credits packets in my inventory :-(

More info: the problem appear when I have got a low level of fps http://prntscr.com/ho0nzw

I've noticed this happen on a few worlds in the past and as noted either the credits were returned on logging in and no inventory added or inventory was added (and credits deducted) sometimes multiple times as I had tried to use inventory a few times before I realised it wasn't working. In all cases I have put it down to a breakdown in communications between one system and another. Sometimes I have also noticed it coincides with low fps rates.
