Missing GDI Rival Race rewards

If I am not wrong our alliance won first in the recent GDI Rival Race in C&C Rivals but I did not remember opening the Colossal Chest.

2 days later NOD Rival Race concludes and we did get the second price chest.

There are no game log that I can check to verify.

Any advise appreciated.
