Multiple Camp spawn

Strange situation happen on word Firestorm 15 (426) There are areas when camp spawning mechanism doesn't work, limit of 2 camps per base is not followed. Try to count that And my single ba...

    I got confirmation that player that was stuck in attack mode for month can now use normalny problematic bases on Firestorm 15.

    Camps also eventually went away.

    and Firestorm 10 also good

    I call that a success and consider issue as resolved.

As complementary information to the above: the "reaction" time of actions is slowed down: If a camp is attacked it takes several seconds >5sec before the attack starts and shows up
