play now just goes back to the "play now" screen when clicked

So when I try to log in to another account, i just go in circles. I get past the ea login, but when I click the "play now", it just reloads the same "play now" screen. the game never loads.

I seemed to solve it once by clearing my cookies, browser history, and cache, but it only worked once.

I don't suppose EA is working on this????? The "pooch" must be walking funny these days.
