Server 67 off line then not responding with time out error

Question

Last night 67 went off line, this morning when I try to switch from Wrath 9 back to 67 all I get is a time out error. After a call to EA, they told me to post this problem on the forum... So why did I call????

They said they would try to get me compensation. After all the problems in the last 4 to 6 months, I think all of us deserve compensation. We pay for TIME! Rt, cp and crates are all paid for in time. Let have some of that time back, EA. How about 4 crates for days, 500 cp for 30 days and and extra day of rt for 30 days.

Compensation is not within the gift of the support system under these circumstances, they're just trying to please you.

After the last round of disruption (which seems to have returned) no compensation was forthcoming so I'm not hopeful about any this time around. But what do I know.......

There are a few dozen threads about corporate wide IT department problems causing catastrophic global failure to this game for the past few days with no ETA of any kind.  There will be no compensation or refunds of any kind.

Perhaps a class action is required.  For a company to continue to open new servers and accepting payments without fixing problems is very close to FRAUD!

Still no resolution or help from EA after server 67 went off line again and came back on.
