Supplies on Tib 46
When I go into the supplies in Tiberian 46 it won't let me use the supplies. Does anyone else have that problem IT is on Tiberian 46

I just checked the world and Supplies seem to work fine. Is the problem still persisting? - Yes it is I'm at Second Lieutenant (10) and it is showing supplies at General (20) and at Second Lieutenant (10)
