I am unable to purchase crates using my TA funds. A generic fail message pops up. i have attached a screenshot. I have restarted the game and PC many times just in case.

I’d like to raise a point: when a problem occurs in a game and it takes a week or longer to resolve, it’s often a sign of poor management or lack of proper support systems. For a company like EA, known for its large player base and resources, quick response and resolution should be a top priority.
Delays like this affect the player experience and raise concerns about how seriously the company treats ongoing issues.
Hoping for more transparency and quicker fixes in the future.

We've been looking into this issue and will fix this issue with a hotifx that is going to be deployed tomorrow. This will fix the issue for Steam players (the web version was not affected by this issue).
