I`ve seen a few reports about particular routers causing disconnect for the game. Any chance you can try to run the game, using alternative way to connect with Internet? And if you are having troubles getting in touch with EA Advisors, you can use this direct phone number +44203 014 1818.

I've tried 3 different routers (TP-Link, Linksys & D-Link) with the same issue!
I really want to get what I paid for..
Hope you could help me..

This is really odd. Have you contacted EA Advisors on this, as I suggested in my previous post? What about any other EA game, if you have any, those games work fine?

Archi I had Titanfall1 with no issues like that one..
About contacting EA, I can't because I'm outside the U.S.
All I can do now is wait FOREVER for an advisor to live chat..right?!
