This profile is not permitted to play online. Xbox OneS. Power Cycle doesn't fix
On the 1st of this month I noticed that several games (all EA) that I have downloaded would not load online and gave errors about EA Play. I confirmed my subscription to EA Play is good and set to autopay with 3 days still left in the current cycle, yet none of my EA games would allow me to play- and specifically with TitanFall2 giving the Profile Not Permitted To Play Online message.
Yesterday the other EA Play Games started working again, but the issue remains with the profile on TF2.
I did some digging around here and the common resolution seems to be a full network power cycle, which I have done multiple times and still only get this error from TF2.
I emailed EA support, but that's been over a week and no response now. Thoughts?
