treehousebrandstore screwed up
I understand that ea is not responsible for distribution but surely you can weigh in on this.
i preordered by pc version of titanfall collectors edition 5 months ago. i havge sent many emails asking when and how to finish the payment with the most recent being 2 weeks ago. every response was 'soon'
then i woke up 1 morning to find an email saying i have 4 hours to pay. unfortunatly time had already ran out by the time i read this. so who was in charge of this? whos the genious who forgot about timezones? someone at treehousebrandstore screwed up badly and now i miss out, ive contacted ea, respawn, titanfall with both emails and twitter and the only response i've gotten was 'too bad' from treehouse. this has been handled very poorly and thats no secret. i do not accept 'too bad' as a response. surely someone out there can do the right thing. i refuse to miss out because of someone elses mistake. they couldnt of expected me to sit on my computer hitting refresh on my emails 24/7.
