- Honestly I don't know. I think it was just under the "contact us" part of the site. I sent in my complaint and was responded to in a couple of hours by customerexperience@ea.com telling me they were escalating me to a higher department. That was the only email address I received anything from buteach different note was signed by different people. I'm just glad i didn't get cheated.

In my case, I am still waiting to hear something from EA about my missing Respectable Moe suit. - I'm glad you had this experience. I myself am waiting to hear back on 200 donuts gone missing after gil left and it would be nice for them to throw me a little extra compensation as well hah.

Glad to hear you had a good experience though! I did too with the Respectable Moe suit. Once in a while the system works. :D- Very nice. I agree that it isn't often we hear about the good experiences so I make an effort to try and talk to supervisors or whomever I need to notify when I have a good customer service experience. :D

- I have to agree. It took awhile, but I have had great experience with EA customer service myself. I lost a premium item from my inventory after the update which ended Whacking Day, and I have just been compensated in donuts, actually even a few more. Nice experience :)
