- Whenever I've received the Email bs my folder dings before I even get out of chat. When I open it, I get a very nice letter telling me that my case is closed
Add: Oh, they do include a web address, if I need to reopen the case. It never works because of too many redirects. ForumNerds wrote:
Sometimes I worry that saying they're "escalating the ticket" makes me wonder whether that's just one of their rote conversations to make us go away. Happened to me once. I was promised they were escalating it, but since it was a holiday weekend, I wouldn't hear back until Monday. Within two minutes, I got an Email saying the case had been "closed") :(
I do NOT have a problem with this Gil Deal disappearing, but I'd be willing to call EA anyway, and tell them that they should take care of the problem because this happens EVERY TIME there's a Gil deal.
I have a dozen towns. I could call on behalf of each one like that, and every time I could say "well, I didn't lose the deal in this one either, but it still isn't fixed for everyone so it needs a patch."
Maybe if we flood them with calls from every direction, they'll fix it? Or is that a bad idea?
I purchased it right away and happy I did. I left a snarky comment on the 'Me Too' forum anyway. That's probably the best we can do for now. :(- mystery2miSeasoned Newcomer

The "Me Too" forum is up to 57 now. I went down the list and granted XP to everyone who posted again. Apparently, the list can be closed / reopened and everyone is magically eligible again for a small amount of XP. Probably not worth it and could be annoying because every time someone grants you XP an email gets generated.
So far my case is still open, so still hoping.
Thanks to everyone who Me-Too'd/Posted on this, especially the ones who weren't affected! :D ForumNerds wrote:

It crossed my mind while reading the ticket transcript.
"Daddy, when's santa claus going to come?"
"If you go to your room and be quiet and let daddy drink his beer, santa will come quicker."
"Yay!"- I me too'd for both of my accounts.
The last two Gil deals have disappeared from one town or the other; this time, I purchased Ol' Unfaithful right away in my main town and went back to get Teddy and the deal was gone in both towns. - I was 6 doughnuts of so lost it when game reloaded I'm furious this is an existing issue after recently playing regularly again and like I made a purchase to be able to take up the offer I just yeah typical ea always slacking

I really wanted that Waterfall. Now, it is gone... The one that got away. Doh!
I'm still hoping for a fix
Maybe edit thread title to 'Missing park poll and help'. Then add the Me Too link to your first post. The more people that report the problem, the more the probability of them fixing it. So make it easy for people to report. Sorry you guys are having this problem.- 4junk3000New SpectatorWell escalating generates the ticket in the queue that has to be resolved. If someone closes it, just reopen it.
Often CSRs will close all tix right before end of their shift so they can go home with clean queue. Just have to reopen and try to keep it alive.
And yes the squeaky wheel gets the grease in CS so more tickets = better response.
It's funny i made a nice park with the new geyser so I'm having second thoughts about EA sparing .200 donuts...
... But i still think the offer should be open for six days so i can decide for myself - as can others! - I actually did see it (and bought it), but I clicked on the "Didn't see it" option just in case EA is watching the poll.
Good luck to those of you who haven't been offered it yet! :( - meyers512392New SpectatorI've given up on obtaining that disappearing overpriced oversized pos. I'm content with my true original Springfield Falls! Yeah, that's right, that's how how I feel about it! Stupid elusive elitist super falls! Beer me! By the way, Teddy Roosevelt was a racist * that loved to kill things! Yeah! I said it!
