Really don't mean to be rude, but part of the problem might be your sentence structure (primarily consisting of unrelated fragments) and spelling. While I get the general idea that you had a problem with XP or donuts, the specifics elude me. If your email to EA was anything like this post I can understand why they didn't (or more appropriately, couldn't) help you. I see you're from Minnesota, did you only recently move there from another country?
It's tough to understand you, honestly no harm or insult meant, but seriously, maybe slow down a bit and proofread your posts so the rest of the English speaking/reading world knows what you mean.
Anyway, like I said, EA often deserves the ire they receive, but this one time they came through for me. Hope your problem gets worked out, good luck!fuzznugget77 wrote:

That could be a problem as EA Mobile itself has no actual phone number. All problems with EA Mobile games have to be handled through the EA/Origin Help Center site, which caused a problem for me. That site requires you to specify which game and device you're playing and using before opening a help ticket, which I was able to do on my iPhone. However, once I'd chosen those I get redirected back to the main page and I was completely unable to actually open the ticket. I don't know if there was a glitch with their site or some mix up between the ios software and their site, but it literally created quite the catch-22: can't call them, and the website they'd set up to report the issue (the game on your mobile phone) doesn't work properly on mobile phones. I guess if you have a PC and landline/cable Internet connection it's not a problem, unfortunately I don't. My Internet on phone has usually been up to task for the small amount of Internet stuff I do, never needed a PC until that instance.
So, my only option was to call EA's 800 number for help. I'd look back through my call history to post it, but the initial number I called (which can be found easily online if you do an Internet search for it) transferred me at least twice before I got on the phone with the woman who helped me. She was able to open a ticket for me after I emailed a screenshot of the iTunes receipt for the purchase to them. Apparently this isn't their normal policy, since they aren't technically supposed to speak for the customer (a way of avoiding liability should their be a further problem), but they made an exception for me since their site (part of which is specifically aimed at solving problems for their mobile games) wasn't working correctly with my mobile phone.- Congrats, nice to hear of an EA Customer support Success story. I've had a semi good experience with them recently. I wrote to them about not being able to get into my game due to crashing and about 2 days later they responded (I thought i'd be waiting weeks). I was emailing them all day and while I went back and forth a lot they said they've escalated my issue to the highest authority for dealing with in game bugs. That was a few days ago though so we'll see how long it takes for them to sort my problem out (if at all), but it was better than what I expected for sure.
- We have been getting a lot of false requests and reports lately from people asking us to moderate something that does not need to be moderate.
I would like to point out that this is against the EA TOS.Improperly use in-game support or complaint buttons or make false reports to EA staff
Please feel free to look at the document yourselves that is linked to at the top of this forum. Now that we are aware of this, let's stop this activity.
I, personally, am glad to see somebody saying something good about the company. It's refreshing. - Ok
