Any Answers?!?

After a couple days of outages my game came where I was and just reset itself.
This is starting to drive me crazy.

I can still see my Origin friends and I still get notifications.

I really hope its resolved asap!! miss playing it as i was on it 24/7 :( wont be very happy if ive wasted months getting to level 24 for it to reset! i wont be playing if they can resolve it :( ive tryed everything logging in & out of origin, reinstalling the game & nothing!! i went on my friends game & it still said my account was level 24 bu when i click on it, its at the begging :( lost so much stuff not being able to play for the last 3-4 days!! EA PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

nope, signed in & out of origin numerus amounts of times & still at level 1 :(
